PLOT

HiGH&LOW: The Worst X (2022) continues the saga of high school delinquent rivalries within the S.W.O.R.D. district. Oya High School, led by Hanaoka Fujio, faces a new threat as Kohei Amagai, the affluent and power-hungry leader of Senomon Technical High, forms a "Three Schools Alliance" by uniting Senomon with Kamasaka High and Ebara Commercial High. This coalition aims to dominate the region, with Amagai enlisting the formidable Suzaki Ryo, known for his unmatched fighting prowess, to bolster their strength. 

As tensions escalate, Fujio seeks out Raoh, the legendary fighter from Suzuran All-Boys' High School, hoping to gain insight and strength. Meanwhile, Oya High's leadership, including Takajo Tsukasa and Todoroki Yosuke, becomes aware of the impending threat posed by the alliance. Despite their vigilance, the Three Schools Alliance launches a surprise attack, overwhelming Oya High's defenses. In the chaos, Tsukasa is captured, compelling Fujio to confront the alliance head-on to rescue his friend and defend their school's honor. 

The ensuing battles test the limits of loyalty, strength, and resilience. Fujio's determination to protect his comrades leads to a climactic showdown with Suzaki Ryo. Despite being outmatched, Fujio's unwavering spirit and the support of his allies, including unexpected assistance from Housen Academy's former leader Ueda Sachio, turn the tide. Sachio's return, prompted by a desire to uphold past alliances and settle scores, reinforces the theme of enduring camaraderie amidst adversity.
