Nippon Television Network Corporation (Nippon TV), also known as NTV or 日テレ (Nittere), is a pioneering Japanese television network headquartered in Minato, Tokyo. Established on October 28, 1952, it became Asia’s first commercial broadcaster when it commenced operations on August 28, 1953.
