HiGH&LOW The Movie 3: Final Mission (2017) continues the intense and action-packed saga of the SWORD gangs as they unite against a corrupt government conspiracy. Following the events of the previous installment, the story picks up with the five rival gangs of the SWORD area—Sannoh Rengokai, White Rascals, Oya Koukou, Rude Boys, and Daruma Ikka—setting aside their differences to take down the Kuryu Group, a powerful yakuza organization working with high-ranking officials to build a casino resort that would destroy their city.
The gangs uncover that the Kuryu Group, backed by a shady political faction, plans to cover up its crimes through the casino project, which is just a front for deeper corruption.
