E-girls (short for Exile Girls) was a Japanese girl group formed by LDH JAPAN and signed under the Rhythm Zone label of Avex Entertainment. Active from 2011 to 2020, the group was known for its large lineup, vibrant performances and genre-blending music that fused pop, dance, R&B, and electronic sounds.
E-girls was a collective unit featuring members from three groups: Dream, Happiness, and Flower, alongside original members known as E-girls members. Over time, the group underwent several lineup changes and restructuring, ultimately streamlining to focus on core members before officially disbanding in 2020.
They were widely praised for their synchronization, colorful aesthetics, and influence on youth fashion and pop culture in Japan.
Though disbanded, E-girls remains one of the most iconic female acts in LDH history. Members have since pursued solo careers, joined other LDH units, or continued in fashion, acting, and modeling. Their music and image continue to inspire a generation of J-pop fans and performers.
